SYNOPSIS 

When Tim accidentally tampers with Martin's machine which 
can break the time barrier, they are plunged back to the Year 1215. 
While Martin tries to fix the machine, Tim sees a fight and goes to 
the defense of the small man being bullied. The man runs off and they 
now realize they have intercepted his delivery of the Magna Carta to 
King John at Runnymede for signature. They must now deliver it 
themselves. 
 
Meanwhile the Duchess of Brimstone (the King's ally), having witnessed 
this scene, invites Martin and Tim to dinner , intending to drug them, 
recover the Magna Carta and destroy it. They reluctantly accept, are 
drugged, and the document is stolen and burned. But the drug has 
reduced Martin to a Tom Thumb. Only another dose of the drug can 
restore him. He must now get another dose, and also write a facsimile 
of the Magna Carta to deliver to the King, to preserve history. 
 
Martin, passing himself off as a sorcerer, in the King's 
chamber, obtains another drug pellet from the Duchess and he pressures 
the King into signing the Magna Carta. 
 
They do repair the machine and return home in the nick of 
time, saving history and themselves.
