SYNOPSIS 
 
When Martin discovers that an old silent movie in which he, 
on a previous visit to earth, had accidentally starred, is about 
to be shown on television, he uses his time machine to return 
to 1925 in an attempt to force the picture to be re-shot with 
another actor in the leading role. 

Unfortunately when he and Tim go back in history, it is Tim
whom the leading lady chooses as her leading man and Martin
is forced to make Tim give up not only the leading lady but a
brilliant career as a rising silent picture star. 

Tim finally does see the futility of his position and agrees, 
heartbroken, to return to the present but not without recompense.
He, as Martin promises, does meet a girl who makes him forget
his lost love.
