SYNOPSIS 

Uncle Martin disagrees with a news report he reads 
concerning  The U.S. Gov't. Space Program.  He knows 
they are spending the money foolishly. Tim becomes 
excited. He wants Uncle Martin to tell them! Uncle Martin 
calmly smiles and tells Tim: "Let then pay the two billion dollars."

Tim decides to do a "phony" article in his newspaper, The Sun, 
and "tip-off" the U.S. Government.  By doing this, Tim opens 
a large can of trouble. Two smiling, charming Secret Servicemen 
come to call upon the possible Russian Spy:  Tim 0'Hara.  
They take Tim downtown for questioning and the result is that
Uncle Martin must go for questioning.

Uncle Martin, with his superior powers, easily works his way 
through and out of the investigations.  Being given the third degree 
and brainwashing is child's play compared to Uncle Martin's 
return scrubbing!  It is all fun and games until the appearance of a 
specialist in truth serums.  This Uncle Martin cannot fight. This he 
cannot control.  They take him into the investigating room. They 
inject him with Truth Serum.  Uncle Martin tells the truth.  
He tells them he is a Martian!

It ends well.  With Uncle Martin being excused.  And respected and
understood for the great patriot he is.  And with a sly wink to Tim, 
as Tim takes him home, he whispers:  "Always tell the truth, Tim.  
It's the greatest lie invented."
