SYNOPSIS

Uncle Martin is disturbed to read in Tim's newspaper,
The Daily Sun, that a cat has been bequeathed $650,000.
Tim wrote the article and because Uncle Martin is so
disturbed, he invites Uncle Martin to meet with the cat's
lawyer the next morning: Morton Beanbecker of the law firm
Snow White, Harcourt, Finster and Toog.

They visit with the trustees of the cat's estate. The cat's
name is Max and the trustees are two elderly people: Charles
and Aggie. The money for the cat comes from Aggie's deceased
sister, Rosemary. During the course of an interview with Tim and
Uncle Martin, acting as his photographer, Anggie reveals she still
makes contact with Rosemary. Then they meet the cat. Uncle
Martin is dressed as a "hippie" because Max is a "hip" cat. Max
climbs behind the picture on the wall and shows Uncle Martin the
second will, the will that Aggie's sister never signed, the will that
bequeathed the $650,000 where it should go: to a children's orphanage.
But it is unsigned.

Uncle Martin, Tim, and now Morton Beanbecker, who in his heart
agrees with Uncle Martin that the money should go to the orphanage,
decide to hold a seance in Agatha's house, bringing about a spiritual
meeting between the deceased sister and the guardians of the estate.

The seance is a howl. Ghosts fly about. A table is levitated.
Max talks! (It's all Uncle Martin.) All's will that ends will.
In other words, the money goes to the orphanage. Charles
and Aggie are satisfied that the deceased Rosemary's wishes
are carried out. And Uncle Martin, who talks to cats, feels
he has done a good deed once more while a prisoner on Earth.
