SYNOPSIS

A heavy flareup of sunspots interferes with Uncle
Martin's control of his levitation and visibility powers.
As the sunspots intensify, Uncle Martin becomes
invisible and cannot make himself reappear. During
Uncle Martin's "absence" an insurance investigator
arrives to make a routine checkup on an insurance
policy sold by Mrs. Brown (her newest pet project) to
Uncle Martin, naming Tim as beneficiary. The investigator
grows suspicious when Tim cannot satisfactorily explain
Uncle Martin's whereabouts. His suspicions and those of
the police are further aroused when circumstantial evidence
they discover points to the possibility of foul play upon Uncle
Martin by his nephew, Tim. Tim is brought before the District
Attorney and questioned on suspicion of having murdered
Uncle Martin.

The circumstantial evidence against Tim continues to grow
and he is about to be arrested for Uncle Martin's murder when
the sunspots subside and Uncle Martin is able to make himself
reappear at the D.A.'s office door. Martin facetiously explains
he has been in a freeway traffic jam all the time -- and Tim
is freed.
