SYNOPSIS 
 
Jakobar, the President of a newly-created East Indian country, 
is in Los Angeles on a mystery visit and has refused to see reporters. 
 
when Tim calls Uncle Martin and asks him to bring his notes 
on Jakobar's country to the office, Uncle Martin arrives after the 
paper has gone to press, and Tim is in trouble with his editor. 
Realizing he's let Tim down

le Martin promises to get him an interview with Jakobar. It seems that 
150 years ago, on a previous visit to Earth, Uncle Martin was a good 
friend of Jakobar's great grandfather who started the independence 
movement. At first Jakobar promises Uncle Martin he will give Tim the 
story, but when they arrive, the suspicious Jakobar has them thrown 
out. 
 
Using his special Martian abilities, Uncle Martin again gets 
in to see Jakobar, convinces him of tne error of his ways and is 
promised another interview. But now Tim wants no more of Jakobar, and 
Uncle Martin has to become invisible and persuade him to change his 
mind without realizing who is making him change it. 
 
Uncle Martin is successful, and Jakobar gives Tim the interview after 
thanking Uncle Martin for pointing out that it is time for him to stop 
being a rebel and start being a s statesman.
