Elvia Allman SYNOPSIS When Mrs. Brown phones the plumber she dials the wrong number and reaches a fast-talking real estate salesman instead. He persuades her to out her house up for sale and brings a couple of prospective buyers to see it. To keep them from discovering the spaceship, Martin has to hide it in a way that causes him great discomfiture, if not downright pain. Mrs. Brown later realizes that she doesn't want to sell, but has given the salesman a hundred-dollar advance on his commission. Martin volunteers to discourage the prospective buyers and at the same time to get Mrs. Brown's hundred dollars back -- which he does in a way that only a Martian could do it.
