SYNOPSIS 

It is only after the charming landlady, Mrs. Brown, turns 
Uncle Martin down for a date that he realizes his interest in her is 
less platonic than he thought. When h2 meets her new boyfriend, a 
handsome Frenchman, Uncle Martin experiences an emotion that he cannot 
understand. It takes Tim to point out that he is suffering from the 
pangs of the earth element, jealousy.

Hoping to learn something unfavorable about Andre,
they visit the Frenchman's dress salon where they learn a great deal 
about models' measurements, but nothing to discredit Uncle Martin's 
rival. Deciding to do the noble thing, Uncle Martin decides to further 
the romance between Mrs. Brown and her extremely eligible suitor. 
Using his Martian powers, Uncle Martin creates an atmosphere so 
romantic that the handsome Frenchman proposes. When the proposal is 
turned down, Uncle Martin learns something new about Earth women -- 
that the feminine urge to improve a man is lost on one who is already 
perfect -- and as Mrs. Brown points out, Uncle Martin has lots of 
room for improvement!
