SYNOPSIS
His spaceship finally in readiness for a return trip to Mars, Uncle
Martin converts himself into a two-way radio for interplanetary
navigational purposes. Plugging himself into an electric light socket
to store up power for the trip seems a perfect solution until, through
Tim's error, Uncle Martin absorbs more voltage than he bargained for.
In a state of super-electrification, he creates havoc as he
involuntarily turns on all radios and TV sets in the area, in the
middle of the night. Caught between the equal dangers of being caught
by the authorities who are trying to track him down, and the fear or a
rare affliction known as Martian electro-dermatitis, Uncle Martin
tries vainly to rid himself of the excess electricity. At the last
moment, with both nooses around his neck, he audaciously manages to
rid himself of the surplus juice... by shooting it back into the power
company's own generator.
