SYNOPSIS 
 
An electric storm grounds Uncle Martin while he is sleeping. 
He develops "popsy" which causes him to appear and disappear 
uncontrollably. 
 
To cure himself, he must be short circuited through an elaborate 
wiring set-up of household appliances. As he is about to be cured, 
Mrs. Brown enters the apartment and Uncle Martin's levitating 
power is accidentally shorted into her. 
 
Not only does Uncle Martin get his power back, he has to do 
it in front of Mrs. Brown's visiting brother, Stanley. It is done 
during an evening after-dinner party at Mrs. Brown's house with Uncle 
Martin rewiring a stereo gift set from the brother to recharge his 
power back to himself. 
 
In the end his power is returned, not without some shocking 
incidents (ha! ha!) and not without a small residue left in Mrs. Brown 
who unknowingly levitates a few lamps and fixtures in Tim's apartment.
