SYNOPSIS 

It's a hot, hot day. It's been sunny so long the flowers are wilting! 
Tim wants Uncle Martin to do something. Uncle Martin doesn't want to 
mess with Big Brother (Mother Nature.) A Mister Baldassare, living 
next door to Mrs. Brown is a secret Rainmaker. Back in his old country 
he was a grapestamper and one day he accidentally made it rain and he 
has never forgotten it. He tries with his odd machine to do it again 
now. Uncle Martin reacts to the machine by "crying" and is forced to 
stop Mister Baldassare. In trying the machine himself, Uncle Martin 
accidentally "tears" a cloud and the rains begin. Mister Baldassare's 
twenty year old son, Ernest, is embarrassed. There are no such things 
as Rainmakers and his Father's old country beliefs embarrasses him. He 
makes his Father go to Uncle Martin and explain. In the process he 
gives Uncle Martin ways to stop the rain. For it has never stopped. It 
all ends happy - like sunny side up.
