SYNOPSIS

Tim has become enamored of Cynthia Parker, a newcomer on the
staff of The Sun, but when Cynthia fails to respond to his charm, Tim
goes to Martin for help. He wants Martin to go to Cynthia, and by
using his extraordinary powers of perception, find the reason for her
aloofness.

Consenting reluctantly, Martin visits the Sun office and reads
Cynthia's mind. She is unresponsive to Tim because he does not
measure up to her ideal of a dream man--one who would share the
pleasures she finds in life. Tim determines to mold himself into such
an image. With the help of Martin, he bones up on every subject that
interests Cynthia: music, literature, art. Before he realizes it he has
achieved his objective. Cynthia lets him know that she has found
her ideal dream man in him.

However, Tim becomes upset and wants to be himself without
hurting Cynthia. So once more Martin uses his powers to unearth
a substitute dream man for Cynthia. It is Bill Fisher, also a staff
member of The Sun. There is a slight complication- Bill already has
a girlfriend, Peggy, who Tim likes.

In order to get everyone together, there is a little switching at a
concert and Cynthia sits next to Bill and Tim is next to Peggy.
All's well that ends well and everyone is happy about the seat
exchange and discovery of each other.
